In submitting your rental application you are not legally bound to anything. After we get your application we will review it and try to locate a suitable apartment for you. We will then contact you at which time you can come see it. If you choose to take the apartment we will sign a standard rental lease with you and you will provide your rental deposits. By completing and submitting to us a rental application on this website you hereby agree that the information you're providing us with is accurate, truthful, and to the best of your knowledge. If it is discovered later that information contained in the application was invalid or inaccurate this may result in ineligibility to obtain a rental apartment from our company.
